The Influencer City Guide connects local businesses with suitable influencers and makes offers visible where decisions are made today: on social media.
The platform is designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail stores, cultural and leisure venues, as well as associations and non-profit organizations.
The goal is to increase visibility and generate more visitors and guests through authentic influencer collaborations.
The Influencer City Guide is exclusively designed for local providers:

- Culture & leisure (museums, theaters, cinemas, events)

The collaboration process is simple and fully digital:
- You create an offer (e.g. menu, admission, voucher or experience)
- Influencers apply directly to your listing
- You select suitable creators
- The collaboration takes place
- The influencer publishes the content on their social media channels
You always retain full control over selection and collaboration.
The onboarding process consists of a few simple steps:
- SIGN UP – Create your partner account
PROFILE – Complete your profile and wait for approval (within 24 hours)
- PACKAGE – Choose your package via ‘Upgrade now’
(Non Profit package for museums, theaters, cultural institutions, associations, and non-profit organizations – completely free of charge) NEW PLACE – Create your ‘New Place’ with all relevant information
PUBLISHING – Your offer will be published after verification
- COOPERATION REQUESTS – You can accept or decline influencer requests

Acceptance as a partner is based on these criteria to ensure a high-quality platform and successful collaborations between businesses and influencers.

For the first 100 new partners, the Influencer City Guide can be used completely free of charge for the first 3 months, with no obligation.
This allows you to test the platform, run your first collaborations, and attract new visitors and guests.
Why is the launch package free?
Our goal is to connect local businesses, cultural institutions, and organizations with influencers and quickly build the platform in new cities.
With the free launch package, you can:
- test the platform without commitment

Where can I find the launch package?
After registration, you can book the launch package directly:
‘Upgrade now’ → ‘Free’ → “Launch”
Do I need to cancel the launch package?
No. The launch package expires automatically after 3 months.
There is no automatic renewal.

You can then review, adjust, and publish your offers.

The Influencer City Guide is completely free of charge for museums, theaters, cultural institutions, associations, and non-profit organizations.

The Influencer City Guide is free of charge for museums, theaters, cultural institutions, associations, and non-profit organizations to increase the visibility of arts, culture, and local offerings.
At the same time, cultural partners contribute to a diverse range of experiences for influencers and help attract new visitors and audiences to cultural institutions.
Joining early offers several advantages:

Bookings
Influencers submit their booking request directly via the booking field
‘Make a reservation’ in your listing.
After clicking the ‘Book now’ button, the ‘Request a booking’ form opens. There, the influencer can provide the following information:
Additionally, the influencer can leave a message to get in direct contact with the partner or ask questions about the offer description. In your description, you can also indicate that the influencer should contact you if needed.
By clicking the ‘Submit booking’ button, the request is sent.
Email notifications for booking requests
You will then receive an email regarding the incoming booking request at the ‘Influencer Booking’ email address.
If the influencer has also left a message, you will receive an additional email from our chat system with a login link. Manage booking requests
You can view, review, accept, or decline the requests directly in the platform under “Bookings”.
Under ‘Messages’, you can view the message and reply directly.
View influencer profiles and reviews
In the ‘Influencer’ column, you can click on the name and are taken directly to the influencer’s profile. There you can view their social media channels as well as reviews from previous collaborations. You also have the option to rate the influencer yourself.
Booking confirmation and redemption
Only after your approval is the booking considered confirmed and binding. 
The influencer will then see the booking confirmation in their account under ‘My bookings’ as ‘Approved’ and can present it at the entrance or ticket counter to receive the free offer or ticket.
Please respond to influencer requests within 48 hours to ensure a smooth collaboration process.
All booking requests are sent to the ‘Influencer Booking’ email address stored in your profile. You can change or update this email address at any time in your profile. Make sure this address is checked regularly so you don’t miss any booking requests.
For hotel partners, only requests from premium influencers are received. For this purpose, a separate email address has been set up, which is forwarded to our Premium Support team and then passed on to the respective hotel.
Content & Marketing
Influencer-generated content may be reused on your own social media channels, provided that the respective influencer is properly credited (tagging/mentioning) and no separate agreement states otherwise.

Account & Support
We carefully review all registrations to ensure a high-quality partner and influencer community.
If your account was not approved, it usually means that one or more of the following criteria were not fully met at this stage:
- Relevant alignment: Your offer should match the themes and values of the Influencer City Guide
- Target audience fit: Your content should be relevant to our community
- Active presence: An established presence on relevant social media channels is required
- Engagement: An authentic and active audience is essential for successful collaborations
The Influencer City Guide is constantly growing, and you are welcome to reapply at any time once your profile meets the criteria.
Account suspension only occurs in exceptional cases where platform guidelines have been violated.
Possible reasons include:
- Not fulfilling offer conditions: The agreed collaboration experience was not delivered as described
- Quality deviations: Content or services do not meet the platform standards
- Violation of guidelines: Repeated or significant breaches of platform rules

TikTok
TikTok is a social platform for creating, sharing and discovering short video clips. TikTok has gained a wide user base, especially among younger generations. The platform allows users to create 15- to 60-second videos with music, effects and filters. TikTok stands out for its ease of use and creative expression, and it has promoted trends such as challenges and video virality. Users can upload, comment, share and interact with videos in a variety of ways.
YouTube
YouTube is a popular online platform for uploading, watching and sharing videos. Users can upload videos on a variety of topics, from entertainment to education to news. With billions of users worldwide, YouTube offers a wide range of content, including music videos, vlogs, tutorials and more. It enables interactions through likes, comments and subscriptions.
Facebook
Facebook is a widely used social networking platform that allows users to connect, share content and interact online. To ensure a high-quality community, we carefully review all applications based on the following criteria:
Our requirements:
- Posts: at least 20 high-quality posts
- Content: engaging lifestyle topics (e.g. travel, food, sports) that fit the platform
- Profile status: public and permanently visible profile
- Follower structure: relevant, active, and engaged audience
- Follower quality: authentic and genuine interactions
Only influencers who meet all of the above criteria can be accepted on our platform. This ensures that collaborations are valuable and successful for all parties involved.
Note: Individual or deviating posting guidelines may be defined in the partner offer. These always take precedence over the general guidelines below.
General Guidelines
- Please check whether you are redeeming a feed, story, or video offer.
- The partner or product must be clearly visible and the main focus of the content.
- All partner conditions must be fully complied with.
- Negative comments about the partner are not permitted.
- Content must be created in English or the local language of the target market.
- Posts must be marked as advertising.
- No other brands or products may be mentioned in the content.
- Use high-quality and engaging content.
- Your profile must remain public at all times.
- Previously published content must not be reused.
- The content must be published on the platform selected by the partner.
Feed Guidelines
- The post must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain online for at least 90 days.
- The image description (2–3 short sentences) must clearly reference the partner or product.
- Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
- For carousel posts, each image must clearly relate to the partner or product, especially the first image.
- The offer is completed once the post has been published.
Story Guidelines
- The story must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain visible for 24 hours.
- Stories must be saved in the archive.
- The story must be at least 15 seconds long or consist of at least 3 individual elements (all with tags/hashtags).
- Static images with music are not sufficient, regardless of duration.
- Links, hashtags, and location must be clearly visible.
- The story must not be published under “Close Friends”.
- Content must not be reposted from other accounts.
- A link sticker with the partner domain must be included.
- The offer is completed once the story has been published.
Video Guidelines
- The video must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain online for at least 90 days.
- The minimum length is 15 seconds.
- The video description (2–3 short sentences) must clearly reference the partner or product.
- Hashtags must be included in the description (not in the comments).
- The video must clearly focus on the partner or product, especially in the opening section.
- The offer is completed once the video has been published.
