Requirements & Registrations

To ensure a high-quality community, we carefully review all applications based on the following requirements:

✅ Contributions: At least 20 high-quality contributions

✅ Content: Lifestyle topics (e.g. travelling, food, sport) that fit the platform

✅ Profile status: Public and permanently visible profile

✅ Follower structure: Target group-relevant, active and engaged community

✅ Follower quality: Authentic and genuine interaction

Only influencers who fulfil all of the above criteria can be added to our platform. This is how we guarantee a valuable and successful collaboration for everyone involved.

  1. ✍️ SIGN UP – To request an offer on the Influencer City Guide, you must first register as an influencer and create an influencer account on the platform.

  2. 🖋️ PROFILE – Update and verify your Profile on the platform.
    We will check and activate your profile within the next 24 hours.

  3. 🤝 COOPERATION – After successful activation, you can view the partner offers and request a co-operation directly from the partner.

    As a rule, the partner will contact you within 48 hours whether they would like to enter into the cooperation.

  • Show the approved booking at the entrance or ticket counter.

  • Post on the agreed platform in accordance with the offer conditions.
  • All hashtags, mentions & location links can be found in the offer.

If your account is not currently approved, you can reapply at any time as soon as you fulfil the requirements. We look forward to your application! 😊

There are several possible reasons for blocking your account:

General Guidelines

  • Please check whether you are redeeming a feed, story, or video offer.
  • The partner or product must be clearly visible and the main focus of the content.
  • All partner conditions must be fully complied with.
  • Negative comments about the partner are not permitted.
  • Content must be created in English or the local language of the target market.
  • Posts must be marked as advertising.
  • No other brands or products may be mentioned in the content.
  • Use high-quality and engaging content.
  • Your profile must remain public at all times.
  • Previously published content must not be reused.
  • The content must be published on the platform selected by the partner.

Feed Guidelines

  • The post must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain online for at least 90 days.
  • The image description (2–3 short sentences) must clearly reference the partner or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
  • For carousel posts, each image must clearly relate to the partner or product, especially the first image.
  • The offer is completed once the post has been published.

Story Guidelines

  • The story must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain visible for 24 hours.
  • Stories must be saved in the archive.
  • The story must be at least 15 seconds long or consist of at least 3 individual elements (all with tags/hashtags).
  • Static images with music are not sufficient, regardless of duration.
  • Links, hashtags, and location must be clearly visible.
  • The story must not be published under “Close Friends”.
  • Content must not be reposted from other accounts.
  • A link sticker with the partner domain must be included.
  • The offer is completed once the story has been published.

Video Guidelines

  • The video must be published within 4 days after redemption and remain online for at least 90 days.
  • The minimum length is 15 seconds.
  • The video description (2–3 short sentences) must clearly reference the partner or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the description (not in the comments).
  • The video must clearly focus on the partner or product, especially in the opening section.
  • The offer is completed once the video has been published.
