Would you like to discover Leipzig along the most important sights in an amusing way? Then this entertaining and popular city tour is just the thing for you! Many an anecdote and many legends from the city’s history are presented. Where does the term “Kaffeesachse” come from? What is the story behind Shakespeare’s stockings? Why is a shortcrust pastry with a marzipan filling called “Leipziger Lerche”? Why is the coat pocket on the Bach monument turned inside out? And what is the Lotterwirtschaft really all about? We will explore these and other entertaining questions with you.
