The heart of our kitchen is the traditional tandoor oven, which we imported directly from India. We cook meat, vegetables and bread in this charcoal-fired clay oven – for an incomparable smoky aroma.
All our dishes are freshly prepared, without canned or ready-made products. We make our own spice mixtures every day, using carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from India.
Our dishes are seasoned to a ‘medium hot’ level – but we are happy to make them milder or spicier on request. We serve fragrant basmati rice as a side dish, which complements every dish with its delicate aroma.
