I’m Ms. Mexi – nice to meet you!
Hey, I’m Nicole – or as many call me: Ms. Mexi. With my café, I fulfilled a lifelong dream in Cologne in 2022. Was it a good decision? Absolutely. It wasn’t easy – lots of long days, paperwork and night shifts – but every bit of effort was worth it.
Because when I look around my café and see people coming together, laughing, enjoying themselves and recharging their batteries, I know that this is exactly why I created this place. A place to feel good – with good food, honest cakes and time with your favourite people.
My love of cooking began in childhood, alongside my mother and grandmother. During my studies, I ran my university’s cafeteria, and later added catering and private dinner events. Today, I bring all of that to my café – with heart, skill and a lot of passion. Welcome to Frau Mexi!
