We offer you the opportunity to attend our performances at the Theater im Bauturm free of charge and share your own personal theatre story with your audience.

What we offer you:

• Free admission to a performance of your choice (from our repertoire) for you — and, if you wish, for a guest.
• The freedom to document your theatre experience creatively and authentically: whether through stories, articles or videos.
• Access to artistic, socially relevant productions that inspire and provoke discussion: from drama to contemporary plays to experimental formats.

What we want:

• One or more social media posts (e.g. Instagram Stories, Reels or TikTok videos) in which you share your theatre experience at the Bauturm and tag us.
• Authentic, personal feedback and insight into your experience. Show your community how theatre can have an impact.
• Openness and creativity: maybe you’ll even come up with a mini campaign — completely tailored to your style and target audience.

Since 1983, the intimate stage of the Theater im Bauturm has been offering concentrated theatrical experiences for 120 audience members. Under its current management, the programme focuses on unorthodox adaptations of classic texts, plays on current topics of high social urgency, and projects that take a global view of Cologne and the world – always striving to keep the barriers between audience and actors low and to celebrate theatre as a communal experience.
